If you contact FWRS via this form you are contacting Peter Fisk Associates Limited (PFA) so throughout this policy both businesses are identified. PFA is committed to protecting the privacy of Personal Data and maintaining the principles of integrity and trust in PFA’s business in line with our ISO 27001 information security management policy.

What personal information does FWRS / PFA collect and why do we need it?

To enable FWRS / PFA to perform consortium support and SIEF facilitation services, and to respond to enquiries we receive, we need to collect “Personal Data” which means personally identifiable information that pertains to or can be linked to a specific individual and is stored electronically or in physical file systems. If you choose not to provide your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the SIEF facilitation services offered by, or any information about, FWRS / PFA.

How does FWRS / PFA collect personal information?

FWRS / PFA collects your personal information in person, in writing, by telephone, through our website (www.ecotoxchem.co.uk) and by other electronic communication. We collect this information through our staff and through our contracted agents and other service providers including FWRS (http://www.fwrs.co.uk).

When you contact FWRS / PFA using the online Contact Form on our website the details you enter are automatically saved in a database and an email to one or more members of PFA Limited staff is automatically sent. FWRS / PFA use this information to follow up your enquiry and respond to you. We might need to share your details with other businesses within the PFA Group of companies, with a trusted partner, A. J. Welch F.C.A. Chartered Accountant, and/or with other directly concerned businesses (e.g. the Lead Registrant company associated with the relevant SIEF) only if necessary to follow up your enquiry appropriately.

When you contact FWRS / PFA by telephone, letter or by emailing members of our staff directly (other than via the Contact Us form on our website), FWRS / PFA uses this information to follow up your enquiry and respond to you. We might need to share your details with other businesses within the PFA Group of companies, with a trusted partner, A. J. Welch F.C.A. Chartered Accountant, and/or with other directly concerned businesses (e.g. the Lead Registrant company associated with the relevant SIEF) only if necessary to follow up your enquiry appropriately.

FWRS / PFA maintain a shared list of all SIEF-related enquiries received, and your details may be added to this list by our staff. We will continue to maintain this list throughout the lifetime of the SIEFs we are involved with.

PFA will not use your details for direct marketing of unrelated services, or share the details outside of the PFA Group of companies other than as indicated above.
